I've always wanted to help save the planet. Of course, this is a hard thing to do... My mother told me when I was still a little sprout I told her that I "Wanted to teach people about wildlife and conservation." When I said that, I was about six, maybe seven. But now at about thirteen, (with Mom's help, of course,) I can try to help make that change and tell people what it's like to take care of the planet. I'm not asking you to change your whole life, I just want you to listen while I teach you about my life and teach you my thoughts, and to make you see what it's like to love the planet.
My life at home is an interesting one. I live with my parents, my two siblings, and, of course, the zoo. The zoo consists of two dogs, seven snakes, one crested gecko, an African Grey parrot, an iguana, two stingrays, and my horse. It may sound like a lot, but It's actually manageable. No, I do not live on a farm. Although I do wish I did. At my elementary school, I was the girl who could tell you anything about any animal. I was the weirdo who was obsessed with horses. The animal nerd. And I liked those titles. I thought that they fit me. But now in middle school, I'm not as known for that now, although my friends still tell me that I'm someday going to marry my horse, Ben, and be a grumpy old crazy cat/dog/bird/horse/fish lady who hates people when I grow up. Those titles don't offend me all too much. I can see myself being a crazy animal lady, although I'd like to share my love of animals and wildlife with a human family, and not my horse. Now, I'm trying to spread the love to the online community, starting here. I might not be some big organization yet, but that's my goal. I want people to know my name, to know this website. Not because I want to be famous and rich, but because I want to change the world.
